Ramon is a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher with over 31 years of experience, including 19 years in Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Certificate of Education from Ateneo de Naga University and is also trained in assessing children with SEN.

Ramon excels at implementing Individualised Education Programs (IEPs) and customising curricula to meet each student's unique needs. He is adept at using evidence-based interventions and assistive technology to support children with disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay, learning disabilities, and speech and language impairments.

Ramon is passionate about providing inclusive education for all children, regardless of their needs, and involving families and stakeholders. He firmly believes "education for all" is a fundamental right and that every child can learn in the right environment. He is committed to creating inclusive learning spaces that nurture each student's potential, self-esteem, and ability to contribute to society.
