Jovee holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the National University of Singapore (NUS), a Certificate in Autism (CIA) and a Diploma in Special Education (DISE) from the National Institute of Education (NIE). She has worked with teenagers with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability (ID) in a special education school and actively volunteers at the Autism Association (Singapore) to support adults with ASD and ID.

Jovee believes in close collaboration among professionals and empowering caregivers, creating a strong support network for children to thrive. Every child has the potential to excel, albeit in different areas or at varying paces. Children need someone who believes in them and gives them the same opportunities as any other. It is hoped that early intervention will better prepare them to be ready for school alongside their peers and foster a keen attitude toward learning from a young age.
